With a great year ahead of us, we needed to make schedule changes that will further enhance your training growth.
Children's classes will be divided as follows:
Kid's Class (4-7)
Junior Class (8-13)
This change will enable us to focus important basic skill-sets to our younger kid's class and further accelerate our Junior class training.
Adult Class:
We will be adding a No Gi class as well as an open mat to provide you extra training time.

I'm always impressed at the learning pace our kids continue to display. I see kids that are a little shy, maybe worried when they first start to learn kids jiu jitsu, but after just a few weeks of training, they begin to show confidence and technique.
They pay great attention and are serious about learning. We see these kids have fun and learn at the same time and this makes our Brazilian jiu jitsu instruction in La Mesa truly rewarding.
